XYT2312 Synopsis:
XYT2312 is a 5V input IC that supports single lithium battery synchronous switch step-down charging management.
The success rate of XYT2312 MOS is achieved by adopting a synchronous switch architecture, which requires minimal peripheral devices during application and effectively reduces the overall size of the solution, thereby reducing BOM costs.
The working frequency of the XYT2312 boost switch charging converter is 750KHz, with a maximum charging current of 3A and 5V input. The conversion efficiency of 3.7V/2A is 94%; The charging current can be set through an external resistor.
The input voltage of XYT2312 is 5V, and the input can intelligently adjust the charging current to prevent the adapter from hanging.
XYT2312 adopts ESOP8 packaging.
