ME2107 Description:
ME2107 is a series of efficient, low-power, PFM controlled synchronous boost DC-DC converters with enable true turn off and short circuit protection functions. Built in enable true shutdown function, when enabled to shutdown, the input and output are truly disconnected, the system consumes extremely low current, and has short circuit protection function, improving the equipment‘s service cycle and reliability.
ME2107 can provide an output voltage of 1.8V~5.0V in steps of 0.1V. When the chip inputs 0.9V, it can start and output 3.3V voltage with a load of over 1mA. Suitable for single section alkaline, nickel hydrogen dry battery power supply equipment. Synchronous boost, packaged in SOT23-5, requires only four peripheral components to achieve low input battery voltage boost to the required working voltage.
