CST223A Overview:
CST223A is a single button touch detection chip, which is equipped with a built-in voltage stabilizing circuit to provide stable voltage for touch sensing circuits. The stable touch detection effect can widely meet the needs of different applications. This touch detection chip is specifically designed to replace traditional buttons, and the size of the touch detection PAD can be designed within a reasonable range according to different sensitivities, with low power consumption and wide working voltage, This is the characteristic of this touch chip in DC or AC applications.

The built-in voltage regulator circuit provides stable voltage for the detection circuit to use
Built in Low Voltage Reset (LVR) function
Working current 6ua@vdd =3V, no load
Low power standby current 2ua@vdd =3V, no load
Flexibly adjustable sensitivity, no external capacitance required, maximum parasitic capacitance value of 30pF
Touch detection input pins connected in series with a 0-100K resistor can adjust sensitivity
The output mode has been configured, eliminating the need for external selection resistors
Optional CMOS output/open drain output, effective for high/low levels
The touch output pin provides a maximum output time of 16 seconds
After power on, there is a stable time of about 0.5 seconds
