XYT4257B is a two-section lithium battery boost charge management IC with high integration and reliability. The XYT4257B charging current can be configured with external resistances, and the charging system integrates three loops: input adaptive loop, constant voltage output loop, and constant current output loop, providing excellent performance for the charging system. The XYT4257B‘s boost switch charge converter operates at 650KHz with a maximum 2.0A input charge and a conversion efficiency of 89%. XYT4257B PCB Layout設(shè)計注意事項:
(1)電源端走線設(shè)計需盡可能的寬,且要單獨從電源端走線給XYT4257B供電。
(2)電源端電容需盡量貼近芯片放置。
(3)SW腳的走線設(shè)計需盡可能的短,有利于降低EMI。
(4)肖特基二極管與電感的連線需盡可能短且粗,防止過孔跳線。
(5)BOOST模塊中主要電流回路走線設(shè)計需盡量的短且粗。
(6)因芯片底部散熱片為功率地,需將其與大面積的地相連接,且焊接時需將底部散熱片和地可靠連接。
