XYT4258概述:
The XYT4258 is a two-section lithium battery boost charge management IC with high integration and reliability. The XYT4258 charging current can be configured with external resistors, and the charging system integrates three loops: input adaptive loop, constant voltage output loop, and constant current output loop, providing excellent performance for the charging system. The XYT4258‘s boost switch charge converter operates at 650KHz with a maximum 2.5A input charge and a conversion efficiency of 90%. The XYT4258 has an input voltage of 5V and a built-in adaptive loop to intelligently adjust the charging current and match all adapters.
XYT4258 integrates power MOS and adopts asynchronous switching architecture, so that it needs few peripheral devices at the time, which can effectively reduce the overall solution size and reduce BOM cost. The XYT4258 integrates complete protection features: input overvoltage, input undervoltage, output short circuit, output overvoltage and chip overtemperature protection.
The XYT4258 is available in a small ESOP8 package with a rated operating temperature range of -40 ° C to 85 ° C.

XYT4258 PCB Layout 設(shè)計(jì)注意事項(xiàng):
(1)電源端走線設(shè)計(jì)需盡可能的寬,且要單獨(dú)從電源端走線給XYT4258供電。
(2)電源端電容需盡量貼近芯片放置。
(3)SW腳的走線設(shè)計(jì)需盡可能的短,有利于降低EMI。
(4)肖特基二極管與電感的連線需盡可能短且粗,防止過孔跳線。
(5)BOOST模塊中主要電流回路走線設(shè)計(jì)需盡量的短且粗。
(6)因芯片底部散熱片為功率地,需將其與大面積的地相連接,且焊接時(shí)需將底部散熱片和地可靠連接。
