The IP2325 is a boost charge management IC that supports dual series lithium/lithium-ion batteries.
IP2325 integrates power MOS and adopts synchronous switching architecture, so that it requires few peripheral devices in application, and effectively reduces the overall solution size and BOM cost.
IP2325 booster switch charging converter operating frequency 500KHz; 5V input, 8V/1.2A output conversion efficiency 93%;
The IP2325 has input voltage limiting function, which can intelligently adjust the charging current and adapt the load capacity of the adapter.
IP2325 supports external resistance to adjust the charging voltage;
IP2325 integrates NTC protection with NTC resistance
