CST6946 Description:
CST6946 is a dual N-channel fast switching Mosfet with BVDSS=60V, RDSON=28mΩ, ID=6.0A. Provide SOP8 packaging.
The CST6946 is the high cell density trenched N-ch MOSFETs, which provide excellent RDSON and gate charge for most of the synchronous buck converter applications.
