1. Overview of three-phase full wave brushless DC motor
Three-phase full-wave brushless DC motor is a kind of motor with high efficiency, low energy consumption, low noise and high precision, which is widely used in various mechanical equipment. Its working principle is to use the rotating magnetic field generated by the three-phase current to drive the rotor to rotate and realize the conversion of mechanical energy. The main advantages of three-phase full wave brushless DC motors include
(1.1) High efficiency: Because there is no traditional carbon brush on the rotor of the brushless motor, the mechanical loss and electromagnetic loss of the rotor are smaller than that of the traditional DC motor, and the efficiency of the whole motor is higher.
(1.2) Low energy consumption: Due to the small heat and small loss of the brushless motor, its energy consumption is lower than that of the traditional DC motor.
(1.3) Low noise: Due to the brushless structure of the brushless motor and the optimization of the mechanical structure, the noise is smaller than that of the traditional DC motor.
(1.4) High precision: The brushless motor uses the position detector of the rotor to precisely control the motion of the motor, which makes it widely used in the field of high precision control.
2. Drive method of three-phase full wave brushless DC motor
(2.1) Types of motor drivers: motor drivers usually include two types of closed-loop control drivers and open-loop control drivers. The closed-loop control driver can monitor and control the running state of the motor, which can ensure the operating efficiency and working state of the motor. The open-loop control driver only performs simple power supply and speed control to the motor.
(2.2) The working principle of the motor driver: The driver of the three-phase full-wave brushless DC motor Due to the complex structure of the brushless motor, it is necessary to use a special driver to drive. Such drivers usually include AC to DC modules, power amplifiers, sensors, and analyzers. In the normal working state, the AC to DC module provides the appropriate voltage to power the motor, while the power amplifier drives the three-phase coil of the motor to power, and the sensor controls the running state of the motor.
(2.3) The control method of the motor driver: there are two control methods of the three-phase full-wave brushless DC motor, namely, vector control method and directional control method. Vector control method can control the motor by controlling the current amplitude and phase of the motor. The directional control method can control the motor by controlling the rotor position of the motor. Both of these control methods can achieve accurate control of the motor, but the directional control method is more accurate.
(2.4) Characteristics of the motor driver: The driver of the three-phase full-wave brushless DC motor has the following characteristics:
2.4a. The driver output voltage is stable, and the application range is wide.
2.4b. The drive has high power density and can meet the needs of various applications.
2.4c. The drive speed is smooth and the torque is smooth.
2.4d. High precision driver control to achieve high precision control of the motor.
2.4e. Easy installation and commissioning of the driver.
