    The main function of a brushless motor is to form a magnetic field in the air gap. When the armature winding of a motor is energized, it can generate an induced magnetic field. During the operation of the motor, due to the action of the electric brush, the directions that attract the magnetic field are always perpendicular to each other, resulting in the maximum output torque and no torque in single-phase. In order to achieve brushless commutation, the armature winding of a brushless motor is first placed in its stator position.
    The magnetic field generated by the stator winding and the magnetic field generated by the rotor magnet rotate during the operation of a single-phase brushless motor, maintaining an electrical angle of about 90 degrees in space, allowing the driving motor to rotate continuously. There are two types of windings in a single-phase brushless motor.
    When a certain phase of the stator winding is energized, the current interacts with the magnetic field generated by the permanent magnetic poles of the rotor to generate torque, driving the rotor to rotate. Then, the position sensor converts the position of the rotor magnetic steel into an electrical signal to control the electronic switch circuit, making the stator windings conduct in a certain order.
