With the increasing demand for brushless motors and different requirements for new products, many friends have different views on inductive and non-inductive three-phase motors. Regardless of high voltage or low voltage, inductive and non-inductive three-phase sine wave motors need to be driven. Three-phase sine wave air purification drive, three-phase sine wave floor fan drive, three-phase sine wave water pump drive, three-phase sine wave ceiling fan drive. There will be feelings and no feelings. Let me personally share my views.
For those who have feelings
1. A Hall board is required. If the built-in drive is OK, both the drive and the Hall board are on the same board, as long as the Hall positioning is completed.
2. Good Hall sensing, fast response, good starting and stopping effect, and smooth operation.
3. Basically, it can be done with a dedicated chip, without the need for MCU, algorithms, or key projects (such engineers are expensive)
4. For three-phase motor drives with relatively simple functions.
5. Low cost, low threshold, fast hardware debugging
6. The built-in driver is basically selectable.
For such three-phase sine wave motor drive schemes with Hall, I would recommend several Shanghai Jingfeng Mingyuan motor drive schemes with low cost and high cost performance:
Low pressure: BP6308AP
Actual motor diagram application picture:
High voltage: BP6309P+BPP10450,
BP6309P+BPP1N5004D,
BP6309P+BP6901A+MOS
If power supply is required, a non isolated low-cost power management chip BP6513G can be added
For senseless
No matter whether it is internal or external, there is no need for a Hall plate. However, a sudden light load or no-load during a long-term heavy load can cause a crash or malfunction.
2. When starting, there is a reverse rotation. Use the program to simulate the UVW three-phase. If it is a fan, the ceiling fan will have a bad experience. After all, some products that can see the load in a sine wave or square wave fan are not cheap.
3. Need MCU, need some programs, need software engineers, have certain requirements for algorithms, and software debugging costs time.
4. Implement three-phase motor drive with more functions for complex functions.
5. High threshold and relatively high cost.
6. Generally, some applications cannot see the start/stop and load.
For such three-phase sine wave motor drive schemes without Hall, I would recommend several motor drive schemes
Low voltage: MCU+BP6901A series (Diriver)+BPM0405CG has a series of low voltage mos
High voltage: MCU+BPP1N5004D (DIP8 power module)+BP6513G non isolated power management chip
MCU+BPP10450DS (power module)+BP6513G non isolated power management chip
